The company was founded in 2007 by Director Simon Darby who has over 15 years experience in the investigation and enforcement industry having personally carried out thousands of cases around the North East of England and prior to this, worked as a Police Officer. Simon is a full member of the Association of British Investigators as well as a Certificated Enforcement Agent, having held a certificate for 15 years as well achieving an above industry pass rate in the Level 2 CICM award in ‘Taking Control of Goods’. He is also a member of the North East Chamber of Commerce and a former School Governor.
